When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 working days. For bespoke or made-to-order pieces, please refer to individual product pages for lead times.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship across the UK. For international orders, please contact us directly and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Can I track my order?
Yes — once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. For larger item deliveries these have a longer delivery time and you will usually be contacted by the courier to specify a day for the order to be delivered.
What are your delivery charges and delivery service options?
We offer a standard delivery service and an express delivery service. Some items are either very bulky, heavy or extremely fragile and and therefore unsuitable for these services and these will have a longer lead time of 7-14 days and classed as a large item delivery which is also detailed when you place the order. Our delivery charges and services are as follows:
Standard Delivery 3-5 days £6.95 Express Delivery 1-3 days £12.95 Large Item Delivery £19.95
FREE Standard & Large Item Delivery is offered on all orders over £100

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.
Damages or Faulty Items
At Artanna we really hope you will be happy with your purchase, however we realise that occasionally this isn't always the case.
All damages and discrepancies must be reported within 3 days and we would appreciate if you could photograph any damage or quality issues and include relevant photographs. This will help us see the issue and allow us to offer advice if needed or identify any recurring product issues.
Please also ensure that you keep any original packaging. This will be required in the case of a collection being arranged.
How do I return an item?

Can I cancel my order?
We can cancel your order providing it hasn’t already been dispatched, if you think you would like to cancel your order please email us as soon as possible on helpdesk@artanna.co.uk
Please provide us with your order number and full name and If the order has not been dispatched we will issue you a full refund back to your original payment method.If the order has dispatched please open a returns request using the form onthe returns page.
Do you do exchanges?
We don't offer exchanges, on receipt of your return we will refund your original payment method leaving you free to purchase a replacement product.
Can I send a gift directly to someone?
Absolutely — simply enter the recipient’s address at checkout. We never include pricing in the package, and you can add a personalised gift message too.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, premium gift wrapping is available at checkout for an additional charge.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes — our digital gift cards make a thoughtful present when you’re not sure what to choose. Shop Gift Cards
Do you use sustainable packaging?
We’re committed to reducing waste wherever possible. Most of our packaging is recyclable, biodegradable, or reused from our suppliers.
Where do your products come from?
Our products are sourced from a wide range of countries from all over the world. We only buy from the trusted and reputable companies who have impeccable standards of both products and also the conditions in which these products are manufactured.
We favour sustainability where possible, and ensure supply chains are compliant on the prohibition of modern slavery and have high standards of quality to ensure the products we stock are always meeting expectations.
